WHAT WE THOUGHT

For more than 140 years, Haberdashers’ Boys’ and Girls’ Schools had grown side by side as two distinct institutions. Now, as they stepped into a new era of co-education on their shared 100-acre campus, the challenge wasn’t to create a corporate masterbrand that flattened everything into one. It was to build something that could hold both histories, both cultures. And a shared future.

The answer came from the schools themselves. Both had long championed the kind of education that stretches beyond the purely academic – curious, open-minded, and outward-looking. We used the idea of space – both the physical space of the campus and the freedom to think bigger – to create a new unifying platform: ‘Together, Boundless’.

WHAT WE DID

To bring this boundless philosophy to life, we designed a bold, unifying identity as expansive and energetic as the schools themselves. At the heart of it was ‘Habs’ – the affectionate shorthand used instinctively by students, parents and alumni. By elevating a name the community already owned, we established a shared brand that felt unified without ever feeling imposed – giving both schools the confidence to grow forward, together.
