Butterfly Cannon is expanding its creative team in Central London and stepping into an ambitious new chapter. As we evolve our studio and the work we put into the world, we’re looking for a curious, driven Midweight Designer to help shape what comes next.

This is an important role within our Creative team – ideal for someone ready to step up from a junior position, or an established midweight looking for more ownership within a supportive, creatively ambitious studio.

You’ll be a sharp, contemporary creative with a strong eye for design and growing confidence in art direction. You get excited crafting thoughtful, well-made work across campaigns, visual identities, packaging and everything in between. Highly motivated to keep pushing your ideas further.

What we’re looking for:
– At least 3 years’ experience in a comparable creative studio or agency environment
– A solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking & attention to detail
– Confidence working across branding, campaigns and multi-channel outputs
– An appetite to learn and develop under senior mentorship

You’ll work closely with senior creatives, gaining mentorship, support and training to further hone your craft and develop your voice.

You should be well versed in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Figma, Pitch, After Effects, Ableton or Cinema 4D is a bonus – we’re always interested in designers with a varied skillset and curiosity for different ways to creatively express themselves.
