Open Roles,
NOW HIRING
STUDIO MANAGER
We're looking for a Studio Manager to help run our busy creative studio.
Butterfly Cannon is expanding its team in Central London and stepping into an ambitious new chapter. As part of this, we’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Studio Manager to help shape the environment behind our creative work.
Who you are:
You’ll be the friendly face of Butterfly Cannon, leading front-of-house duties and orchestrating the day-to-day running of the studio. Smart, confident, and naturally proactive, you’re the sort of person who instinctively spots what needs doing and gets on with it. You genuinely enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems, and making things happen. A perfect match with our core value that enthusiasm conquers all, you’ll bring a willingness to get stuck into all parts of the business and the ability to bring order to a fast-paced creative environment.
What we’re looking for:
– Studio Day-to-Day: Someone who loves planning and keeping things running smoothly, bringing energy, positivity and a calm demeanour under pressure. Whether it’s keeping the teas and biscuits topped up, troubleshooting with our IT team or managing our everyday systems, facilities and suppliers, you’ll be completely all over it to ensure the studio runs like clockwork.
– Resource & Schedule Management: Highly organised in managing and coordinating the day-to-day scheduling of the team, supporting our Client Services Team to ensure projects are appropriately resourced – including freelance coordination.
– Culture & Experience: A natural connector – curious, quick to learn and confident communicating with people at all levels. You enjoy being around people, welcoming visitors, helping create an exceptional experience for clients, partners and guests, and driving the studio’s social and cultural calendar to build a positive, connected and engaging workplace.
– Team & Leadership Support: Someone ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow your career within a scaling creative agency – taking ownership and driving initiatives forward rather than waiting to be asked. You’ll support the onboarding of new starters and work closely with the leadership team on broader studio projects and initiatives as the business continues to grow.
– Creative Outlook: A genuine interest in creative businesses, branding, design and agency life – with an eye for detail in keeping the studio environment looking pristine.
