LAGAVULIN

To celebrate Lagavulin’s 200-year anniversary we were asked to design packaging for a limited edition legacy expression. The challenge was to create a look and feel that would be worthy of this rare liquid but wouldn’t be unnecessarily costly, as the proceeds of the sales were going to support the local community.

The liquid itself was matured over many years with the sole purpose of benefitting the community, therefore the design and materials chosen symbolise permanency and a sense of pride. The result is a bottle and carton that are understated yet beautifully refined.
